APRIL IS YANBUKI PRIDE MONTH

This month we are honoring the Chinese elders "can" pickers.
A familiar sight in the Nyc downtown east side landscape.
Night and Day in all kinds of weather they pick and pick and "balance"
oversized bags "full". 

They bring into their family budget at least $50 each day!
They are the MOST HOLY REDEEMERS!!!

Trash Worship will dedicate to them a special documentary section (work in progress, documentators welcome)

MORE GOOD NEWS

Connecticut public schools, following the initiatives of California & New York schools, are phasing out the JUNK FOOD VENDING MACHINES, overcoming the obstacles of the administrators who will miss the vending machines because they were bringing in $ to the schools!!!

NYC started an intensive campaign telling us to WASTE LESS, better than Recycling. We saw it coming as the prices of Trash Removal are now so high! NYC cant afford to dispose all of our waste, so waste less it is.

PACKAGING CHANGES

cork caps are now mostly crappy plastic (no breathing for wine)
if you find REAL CORK CAPS you have REAL VALUE.

Many popular coffee brands have now switched to wrapping the naked can 
with their logos, etc., NO MORE DIRECT PRINTING ON THE METAL!!! (cheaper).
Cans with direct on metal printing are now rare collectibles, like BUSTELO for example.

It sums up that it pays to Worship Trash.
